1:1 Targeted Trauma Sessions
These are different then embodied processing/somatic experiencing sessions where we go where the body takes us. These sessions are developed to specifically heal your trauma on a particular topic. These are individualised a little to your particular case if I have worked with you before but if you are not a past 1:1 client and would like to do a targeted session, I will not have the background of your history and therefore will guide you through a general process.
You will notice a big big difference around this topic after this one session BUT if you feel like this trauma is deep, you may need to come back again to repeat this session.

$89 per session for a client not in a program or a session pack container
$69 for current clients in a container
clearing heartbreak or attachment to someone
physical abuse
sexual abuse or rape
clearing negative body image & relationship with food
procrastination, perfectionism & fear of being seen
anxiety
abortion/miscarriage
bullying & sisterhood wounding
acute trauma such as accidents, fires
physical pain (you feel may be energetic - such as shoulder, neck, back pain)
death of a loved one
reactivity
clearing religious trauma
