I've been where you are. Years and years ago I was diagnosed with anxiety, depression, BPD, ADHD, ASD, complex trauma / C-PTSD, oppositional defiant disorder, etc etc. Including many hospital visits, medications, psychologists & psychiatrists. You know what I really had? Trauma. And yes complex trauma.
After holistically healing and starting to somatically work on myself. I feel WHOLE. Connected. Loved. Capable. I had to feel it all. Heal my nervous system and be guided to where I am. Now I help others heal.
